Dr. Philip “Flip” Clifford
Born in New Jersey, from Vermont natives, Dr. Clifford went to middle and high school in the Tampa Bay area. His special interest in outpatient joint replacement led him to Tampa where he could open a center with the plan to deliver the best of care to patients needing hip and knee replacement.
